- Hong Kong resident
- Applicants who have completed Secondary 3 or equivalent may apply for Secondary 4. Those who have completed Secondary 4 or equivalent may apply for Secondary 5, and so on.

- Complete the online application form (Chinese only), or arrive at the College in person to complete the form on a provided tablet computer.

- Students who meet the admissions requirements may be invited to an interview.
