Aims:
The Student Achievement Leaderboard scheme encourages students to:
- Pursue excellency in examinations and nurture positive learning attitudes;
- Become student leaders and develop leadership abilities;
- Participate in volunteer services to build positive values;
- Participate in internal/external activities and competitions in sports and arts to develop their talents.
Students who excel in the above areas will be nominated for the leaderboard by teachers. Upon approval, their names will be recorded on the leaderboard. Through praise and recognition of students’ achievements, students develop self-confidence and a sense of success and belonging towards the school.
Target groups:
SS3 and D2 graduates will be chosen for this leaderboard, with consideration of their performance in the past 2-3 years at Kung Lee College.
